Do you charge for shipping?
Nope — all U.S. orders include free standard shipping.
How long does delivery take?
Most orders arrive in 5–7 business days after processing. Since everything is made to order, occasional delays can push delivery up to 20 days, but that’s uncommon.
What if there is a problem with my order?
- Damaged, defective, or misprinted items → Email us within 7 days of delivery (with photos), and we’ll replace or refund your order at no cost to you.
- Wrong size or buyer’s remorse → Because each item is custom-made, we cannot accept returns or exchanges for these reasons. Please check the size guide carefully before placing your order.
- Lost packages → If your order hasn’t arrived within 14 days of the estimated delivery date, contact us and we’ll investigate. If the carrier confirms the package is lost, we’ll replace it.
- Other issues → We want you to love your gear, so we’ll always do our best to make things right. These cases are handled individually, at our discretion, and in some situations return shipping costs may be the customer’s responsibility.

Do you really donate to rescues dogs from every purchase?
Absolutely. 10% of all proceeds go directly to supporting local rescues.
Right now, because we’re still small, we may focus on helping one rescue at a time — whether that’s through direct donations, training vouchers, or providing supplies. As Project Paws grows (paws crossed 🐾), our dream is to expand that support to multiple rescues across our community.
Every order you place isn’t just dog humor on a T-shirt — it’s giving back to dogs who need it most.
