1. Who’s behind Project Paws?

We’re a tiny, scrappy, brand-new small business — just a dog-obsessed husband-and-wife duo chasing a dream. We train dogs for a living, volunteer with rescues for fun, and dream of making a bigger impact in our community. Every order you place helps us keep going, and we’re ridiculously grateful for your support.

If something ever goes wrong with your order, tell us right away so we can fix it. We want every customer wagging, not worrying —🐾

2. How does shipping work?

We keep it simple: all U.S. orders ship free.

Because every Project Paws item is made to order (we don’t keep dusty boxes of shirts lying around), it usually takes 2–7 business days to process and custom print your order. After that, most customers receive their items within 5–7 business days.

That said, sometimes delays happen outside our control (carriers, weather, customs), and shipping can take up to 20 business days. That’s uncommon, but we like to be honest so you know what to expect.

As soon as your order ships, we’ll send you tracking info so you can follow your package’s journey!

3. What’s your return policy?

We want you to love your gear — and we’ll always try to make things right.

  • Damaged, defective, or misprinted items → Let us know within 7 days of delivery (with photos), and we’ll replace or refund at no cost to you.
  • Wrong size or buyer’s remorse → Because each item is custom-made, we can’t accept returns or exchanges for these reasons. Please check the size guide carefully before ordering.
  • Other issues → We handle things case by case, at our discretion. In some situations, return shipping costs may be the customer’s responsibility.

4. Do I need an account to order?

Nope! Guest checkout is always available. Accounts are totally optional — they just make it easier to see past orders or save your shipping info for next time.

5. Do you really donate to rescues?

Absolutely. 10% of all proceeds go directly to supporting local rescues.

Right now, because we’re still small, we may focus on helping one rescue at a time — whether that’s through direct donations, training vouchers, or providing supplies.

As Project Paws grows (paws crossed 🐾), our dream is to expand support to multiple rescues across our community.

And because transparency matters, we’ll keep our followers, customers, and friends up to date on the rescues we help through posts on our blog.

Every order you place isn’t just dog humor on a T-shirtit’s a direct way to help dogs who need it most.
