    All Project Paws items are made to order. Processing times typically range from 2–7 business days before shipment.

  2. Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates

    • Free Standard Shipping (U.S. only): All orders ship free — no surprise fees at checkout.

    • Processing Time: Every Project Paws product is made to order. Processing typically takes 2–7 business days.

    • Delivery Time (U.S. orders): Most orders arrive within 5–7 business days after processing, and many customers receive their gear even faster. In rare cases, carrier delays may extend delivery up to 20 business days.

    • International Orders: Shipping times vary depending on destination. Customs clearance or international carrier delays may extend delivery times.

    You’ll receive tracking info as soon as your order ships so you can follow your package’s journey.

  3. Order Tracking
    Once your order ships, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking details.

  4. Lost or Delayed Packages
    If your order has not arrived within 14 days of the estimated delivery date, please contact us at projectpawsllc@gmail.com. We will investigate and issue a replacement if the carrier confirms the package is lost. Project Paws is not responsible for delays caused by customs, weather, or carrier issues.

  5. Incorrect Addresses
    Please double-check your shipping address at checkout. We cannot replace or refund orders shipped to an incorrect or incomplete address provided by the customer.
