Refund policy
Thank you for shopping with Project Paws! Please read our return and refund terms carefully before placing an order.
1. Custom-Made Products
Each item is created on demand, when you order it. As such, we cannot accept returns, exchanges, or refunds for reasons including, but not limited to, incorrect sizing, change of preference, or buyer’s remorse. Please review sizing charts and product descriptions carefully prior to purchasing.
2. Damaged, Defective, or Misprinted Items
If your order arrives damaged, defective, or misprinted, you must notify us within 7 calendar days of receipt. To initiate a claim, please email with:

Approved claims will be remedied by replacement or refund, at our discretion.
3. Lost Packages
If a package is lost in transit, contact us within 14 days of the estimated delivery date. We will investigate and issue a replacement if the carrier confirms loss.
4. Non-Returnable Items
Gift cards, clearance/discounted items, and digital downloads are final sale and not eligible for refund or exchange.
